Magnolia Lane Card




 

 Hello crafters

 

Welcome to my Magnolia Lane Card tutorial

This is a quick and easy card, yet still very beautiful.

 

The items you need to make this card are:

 

 Whisper White card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", scored at 4 1/8"

Black card 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Magnolia Lane floral DSP 3 3/4" x 3"

Magnolia Lane Striped  DSP 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

Stitched So Sweetly Dies 3rd & 4th up from smallest

Petal Pink scrap piece to fit largest die

Whisper White scrap piece to fit smallest die

Beauty and Joy stamp

Black Ink pad

Organdy Striped ribbon approximately 5 inches

Rhinestone Embellishments

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Fold and burnish your card base in half
  2. adhere the floral DSP to top section of black matte piece
  3. adhere the striped DSP to the bottom half of the card leaving an even border of  black around both pieces
  4. lay ribbon across the centre of the black and DSP layers, rap around the back  and stick down
  5. adhere the black matte on to the whisper white card base leaving an even border all the way around
  6. using your smallest stitched so sweetly die and whisper white card stock, die cut one piece
  7. using your bigger die and petal pink card stock, die cut one piece
  8. Stamp your sentiment to the centre of the whisper white piace, adhere to the petal pink
  9. Add dimensionals to the back of the petal pink and place in the centre of the card
  10. add rhinestones to embellish
