Boho Indigo Birthday Card
Hello Crafters,
I made this card using the Boho Indigo Product Medley (153132). It is a gorgeous medley of products with everything you need to make beautiful cards. Please find the instructions for my card below.
Supplies:
Boho Indigo Stamp set
Boho Indigo Dies
Layering Oval Dies - largest die
Boho Indigo Product Medley Refillpack
Very Vanilla (VV) Card Base cut at 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" scored and folded at 4 1/8"
VV scraps for flowers
Stamp Blocks
Night of Navy Ink pad
Versa Mark Ink
Gold Embossing Powder
Embossing Buddy
Heat Tool
Adhesive of choice
Embellishments of choice from medley
Instructions:
Using the pre-embossed (VV) card, trim to 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" then die cut an oval from the centre.
Cut a patterned paper large enough to fit under the oval cut out.
Adhere the paper onto the base card ensuring it is showing through the oval shape on the embossed VV matte.
Adhere the VV embossed matte onto the base card, over top of patterned layer.
Using left over embossed VV piece, die cut your chosen Vase and add ribbon around the neck of the vase, securing it on the back.
Choose a Sentiment Label and pat with embossing buddy to remove static/fingerprints
Ink sentiment stamp with Versa Mark, cover with gold embossing powder and heat with heat tool on high setting just until the embossing powder becomes shiny.
Add dimensionals to back of label and vase but leave outer covers on.
Stamp your chosen flowers in Night of Navy Ink onto scrap VV card stock, then die cut with matching dies. Choose leaf embellishments and dry run how you want the embellishments to look.
When happy, adhere embellishments to card, raising up flowers with dimensionals.
Adhere Vase shape and sentiment label.
Add gems as final decoration.
